No Content on this site or ANY other site Basic Matrix, LLC has ever created, is, without explicit permission of Basic Matrix, LLC, allowed to be reproduced, copied, republished, uploaded, mimicked, posted, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, web site, or other medium for publication for commercial purposes or enterprises. If there is content on this site that is not available for Basic Matrix, LLC use, the legal owner of that content is responsible for notifying the webmaster in writing within 30 days of the posting of the content to this site or all legal liability is waived. Refund Policy
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, and not limited to, your age, address, and payment information. You agree to abide by such other terms and conditions, including where applicable representing that you are of sufficient legal age to use or participate in such service or feature. Basic Matrix, LLC may make changes to any products or services offered on the Site, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The materials on the Site with respect to products and services may be out of date, and Basic Matrix, LLC makes no commitment to update the materials on the Site with respect to such products and services.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring system. If your payment is late, rejected, blocked, or otherwise not paid in full when the subscription service tries to run your account, there may be a small finance charge added to your next invoice or services may be suspended, or both.
Refund Policy / Cancellation of Services
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your services, Basic Matrix can suspend services to avoid additional expenses until adjustments are made. You are still liable for expenses incurred on your behalf before or within 60 days after of cancellation of services. We do not give refunds, but we will, within reason, redo the service to your satisfaction. Basic Matrix will decide what is reasonable.
If your payment is late 15 days or more, your accounts may be subject to suspension, termination, deletion, and/or fines. We reserve the right to apply late fees in the amount of 1.5% per month or 18% APR to all past due invoices.
To restore damages that were incurred due to your non-payment, your content, hardware, software, or other items involved with the debt may be confiscated and sold by Basic Matrix to cover your unpaid charges and you will still be liable to pay any unpaid charges after this. If Basic Matrix makes a profit from selling your content, hardware, software, or other items involved with the debt, you will not be restored any of the profit or excess and you will not have any right to the confiscated content or items or any data involved with these things.
Privacy Policy
When using the internet, you must understand that nothing is ever completely private. You acknowledge that concept when using this site and understand that Basic Matrix will try to protect your information, but some transmissions may be intercepted by third parties, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted. If “they” can hack into the IRS database, what chance do the rest of us have?

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

Basic Matrix, LLC does not promise that this site or its contents, products, services, or features will be error-free or uninterrupted. If there are defects, we will try to correct them. Basic Matrix, LLC functions on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
