Learn How To Do It!
Welcome to our “How To” page! This page will assist you with making changes on your own. There are many benefits to making changes on your own webpage, such as:
1. It is quicker. Sometimes it may take us a few days to update something for you. You can now update the pages when you want to.
2. It is cheaper. If you have us make the changes, we will charge by the quarter hour that we spend on the site. You can make the changes for free!
3. You now have bragging rights. In conversations with your less-technologically-able friends, you will be able to casually drop in the fact that you updated your own website. They will be impressed and they will think you are very smart. There is a drawback, however. You will now be their “go-to” guy when they are confused about something happening on their computer.
Note: Our support covers webmail access. Third-party programs, like Outlook or Windows Mail, may take additional IT services. For an additional fee, Basic Matrix can assist with setting up your email on your phone or separate program. If you have trouble configuring your devices, text or call us at 318.798.5567 and we’ll be happy to assist. Text will receive the quickest response time.
